This operational policy applies to all finalized bookings arranged at our physical location situated at International Towers, 300 Barangaroo Ave, Barangaroo NSW 2000, Australia, including golf instruction, golf simulation usage, club fitting evaluations, and swing analysis services.
2. Initial Consultation Appointments
Initial consultation requests submitted via our website form involve zero costs, fees, or obligations. Because no transactions occur during the online scheduling phase, no cancellation penalties or refund mechanisms apply to preliminary online consultation requests. Clients who need to reschedule or drop their initial consultation booking are encouraged to notify our administrative staff via email at golf@ozturfyka.com to help maintain accurate facility scheduling.
3. In-Office Registration and Payment Terms
Final booking registration for any golf session, simulator package, fitting assessment, or swing evaluation takes place strictly at our physical office address upon complete settlement of required fees. In accordance with company operational policy, payments are accepted strictly in CASH ONLY . A booking is formally completed only after full cash payment is received at our office. Once payment is made, the selected appointment date is locked in, and the cancellation framework below takes effect.
4. Cancellation Timeframes and Fee Structure
We understand that unexpected conflicts may require clients to alter their scheduled visits. To ensure fair schedule availability for all participants and compensate instructors for reserved time slots, refund eligibility is calculated strictly based on advance notice provided prior to the scheduled session start time:
- Notice Provided 48 Hours or More Prior: Clients who issue a formal cancellation notice at least 48 hours before their scheduled session start time will receive a full refund of the paid cash sum. No administrative fees or deductions apply.
- Notice Provided Between 24- and 48-Hours Prior: Clients who issue a formal cancellation notice less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled session start time are eligible for a 50% refund of the paid cash sum. The company will retain 50% of the payment to cover administrative expenses and instructor scheduling reservations.
- Notice Provided Less Than 24 Hours Prior: Clients who issue cancellation notifications less than 24 hours before their scheduled session start time, or who report an inability to attend within this 24-hour window, will not receive a refund. The entire paid sum will be retained by the company.
- Non-Attendance ("No-Show"): Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification will be considered as a late cancellation under the 24-hour mark. No refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Refund Disbursement Procedures
Where a cancellation request meets the eligibility criteria defined above, the returned sum will be issued through one of two designated administrative channels:
- Electronic Bank Transfer: Following written notification of cancellation acceptance, the client must submit their Australian bank account details via email to golf@ozturfyka.com. Bank transfers are initiated upon receipt of accurate account details.
- In-Person Cash Collection: Clients may choose to receive their refund directly in cash by visiting our office location at International Towers, 300 Barangaroo Ave, Barangaroo NSW 2000. An appointment must be arranged prior to visiting for cash collection.
6. Australian Legislation and Privacy Compliance
Nothing in this policy limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
