  • Pre-Session Payment Obligation: Attendance at any service session requires full payment of the total agreed sum prior to session activation or scheduling.
  • Exclusive Payment Method: Payment is accepted strictly in CASH ONLY at our office premises. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, electronic funds transfers, digital wallets, cheques, or any alternative payment modes.
  • Registration Finalization: A service booking is officially complete only upon receipt of full cash payment at our office. Upon payment, session access is established for the agreed date and time.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

To maintain operational efficiency and respect instructor schedules, Ozturfyka enforces a structured cancellation and refund policy based on the notice period provided prior to the scheduled session time:

  • Cancellation 48 Hours or More Prior: If a client provides formal notice of cancellation 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled session time, the client is eligible for a full refund of the paid cash amount.
  • Cancellation Between 24- and 48-Hours Prior: If a client provides formal notice of cancellation less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time, a 50% cancellation fee applies. The company will retain 50% of the paid sum, and a 50% refund will be granted.
  • Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Prior: If a client provides notice less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time, no refund will be granted. The entire paid amount will be retained by the company.
  • Non-Attendance ("No-Show"): Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be categorized as a late cancellation under the 24-hour mark, and no refund will be issued.
  • Inability to Board or Attend: Clients must inform the company of any circumstances preventing attendance prior to the 24-hour window to remain eligible for a partial (50%) refund.

6. Refund Disbursement Procedures

Where a cancellation request meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 5, refunds will be processed via one of two designated procedures:

  • Bank Transfer: Upon acceptance of a cancellation request, the client must provide bank account details via email to golf@ozturfyka.com. Refunds transferred to bank accounts are subject to standard processing times.
  • Cash Disbursement at Office: Alternatively, eligible clients may visit our office location at International Towers to collect the refund sum directly in cash.

7. Australian Consumer Law and Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any statutory rights available under the Australian Consumer Law set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or applicable New South Wales legislation that cannot be excluded by law. Where statutory provisions apply, our liability for failure to comply with a statutory provision is limited, at our option, to:

  • The resupply of the relevant service; or
  • The payment of the cost of having the service supplied again.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in New South Wales hold jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from these terms.
